  • You are saying it wrong. It’s pronounced “Valen-THIA.”
    It’s an old Castilian Spanish name.
    Once upon a time a king had a speech impediment so everyone had to pronounce it that way so that’s how it’s pronounced.

  • I was born in Valencia and lived there until I was 8 years old. I have so much family there and I LOVE visiting every year. (My mom is an architect and helped design the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias!) and I think you did a very good job with this video. Thank you for filling me with refreshing memories of my home.
