  2. LOVE this workout! figured I could start at the Ian level as I play one hour daily (before lockdown) but the first time i tried it I couldn´t walk straight for 3 days! lol, but now I do it every other day trying to add kevin´s exercises as much as possible. Haven´t seen the results on the tennis court yet (still under lockdown) but I bet this workout will pay off greatly!

  3. good morning tennis essential team ! 😉 My name is Tao, an French student and I'm found of your videos! For school I've to record a video introducing myself. However I would put the same music as you but I actually don't find the name…Could you tell it me?Best regards, Tao

  4. You should have also put in the Banana-Superman workout. Where you lay on your back, lift your legs and your shoulders off the ground, then roll over onto the stomach while still keeping your legs and shoulders off the ground. Each position should be held for 6 seconds or more. Really intense abdominal workout.

  5. Your videos are getting better and better by the day. The camaraderie exhibited by the whole crew really comes through the screen. Nice job Ian for hiring such a great crew! As soon as my PF is gone, I'll definitely be doing these exercises. Cheers 🙂

  6. Nice workout. I get tired of doing the same thing all the time so its nice to change up workouts once in a while. Thanks for sharing.

  7. This is my first ever comment on YouTube, and I am so glad that I have come across your channel couple of months back. By far analyzing the bunch of many other tennis trainers and coach on youtube. You all are simply the benchmark. Keep up the good work.

Also, I would like to ask a question: Many courts have alotted timing, especially in India. The timings are usually 1 hour for 1 session for anyone playing on the court. So I have simply got 1 hour to play on court tennis either it could be single's match or doubles match or sometimes training.

What are the training techniques one should apply before the on-court play time in order to set the rhythm right? and also post the match in order to get a feedback to improve upon? Because of the shortage of time, we cant play much on the court but if there any specific set of training techniques and methods you can show in your upcoming video? – Love, from India.

  8. You guys are awesome! Always coming through with a new video that surpasses the last, and it adds more to my game. At this rate, I'll be able to compete for the US Open come September :).

  9. 3:22. Pause the video and turn the sound off only in this video. Open a new youtube window and search and play loudly "Billy Idol: Dancing with myself. Get back to this video and continue playing. Now you know how amazing where parties in the 80´s!. (No joke of you Ian and guys, because I love your work!)
