  1. What if you have wrist pain on the top of your wrist also. The desk one hurts I can’t bend my wrist up like that to even stack my bones to add weight to it.

  2. Excellent!! Thanks!! Much Appreciated!! Recently started getting this pain. I believe it’s due to using cellphone & tablet a LOT every day.

  3. Thanks for the video, but I have both tennis and golfer's elbows on both arms at the same time. Is there a different treatment?

  4. Beautiful… However would like to know if brace should be removed when the exercises are done or brace should be on… Iam goona start the regimen from today to my right hand elbow

  5. Could you make a video about the best rehab after an olecranon fracture surgery? My elbow is super stiff! A time line and your best suggestions, please!😊

  6. Thank you so much for your helpful video on tennis elbow treatment. I am starting the exercises and massage straight away. Once again, Thank you. Much appreciated.

  7. Had pain from tennis elbow for quite a while and the suggested stretches worked for me much faster than I expected. Thank you!

  8. Dec 2018 I damaged the top and bottom my left elbow on a job, the top has healed, but not the bottom (Inner Side) has not. Seen the doctors and got a cortisone shot that numbed it and I thought I was better cause I didn't know any better and was told to not do any exercises cause it would make things worse. Workman's comp case was closed, but once the shot wore off… OMG!

Now over a year later and I still can't use it and the pain is so excruciating. My elbow, hands and fingers are so swollen all the time and most the time I can't feel or use my pinky and ring finger and I have trouble holding things, can't put any type of pressure to that arm.

If I was to extend my arm out with inner elbow facing up, the right side of my left elbow is swollen and puffed way out. I can not extend my arm out fully cause the pain is so bad. I tried to do the exercise for the wall demonstration you showed, but my pain is so bad that I can't even touch my elbow and the tip part of the elbow shows a bruise that never goes away.

I have been in a sling, wrist brace and elbow straps and still nothing helps. I don't have insurance, been to the ER twice and they just give me steroids. I'm out of options and I don't know what else to do, I am in so much pain! Advice please?

  9. WOW!!! This actually works. Been having pain for weeks. Started doing some of these stretches and I have way less pain now. Thanks 😊

  10. Given the recent research about icing not really being effective, have you changed your position on using it for tennis elbow?

  11. My elbow pain is on the inside of the elbow and hurts when I bend my elbow while lifting something. It also gets sore at night unless I put a very small pillow between my elbows. Using 3 lb weights and band to exercise caused more pain so I quit. Any suggested exercises?

  12. Cheers for the video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you researched – Mackorny Tennis Play Blueprint (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for Eliminating Tennis Elbow Pain minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.
