  1. Do you recommend stretching the arms + shoulders (rotator calf) with elastic bands before matches? Or should that be done outside of the court for other purposes?

  2. Can you explain the reason for walking forward during the hamstring stretches (1st and 3rd)? I don't see the benefit and it seems like both can be done standing in place.

  5. Excellent Video! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about – Parlandealey Flexible Elbow Process (just google it)? It is a good one off guide for learning how to cure tennis elbow without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy at very last got great results with it.

  9. I didn't warm up properly before using the ball firing machine on full power and have badly hurt my shoulders. Warming is important and so is not using the machine on fall blast!

  13. good video I've been using this with my tennis team, do you have any recommendations for stretching exercises in the end of a match, maybe more static stretching?

  14. I have a history of rotator cuff impingement problems as well and was wondering if you might consider doing a more in-depth video on your strength/stretching routines specifically for your shoulders?

  15. Can I just ask do you need to grunt in tennis, my coach does it but only for his serves, I don't get the grunting thing?
