  1. I have very low upper body strength but i played the tuba for about 3years before graduating and started tennis in college. I often had to carry the tuba around, ive had pain in my arm and hand for a while now, if i do have this, is this going to affect my tennis gameplay :((

  2. I was trying to sleep and then i suddenly got an immense pain in all of my left arm, especially in the elbow. I searched up what it could be and i concluded that is was possibly from just bending my arm too much when i lay on my side. I figured the pain will probably be gone by morning if i sleep on my back and allow my arm to rest. Just woke up and the pain is still there…rip.

  3. I want to sincerely thank you for informing that tennis elbow can be caused merely by sleeping with the elbows bent. I've been seeking the root cause of my tennis elbow for 5+ years, doing countless changes to my exercise routine to alleviate the pain, and even taking months off from the gym but with no success. There's no way I would have come to this conclusion without your video, and then confirming with my partner that when sleeping I always seem to have my elbows fully bent. I can't tell you how aggravating it has been to see that some months it got better or worse for no apparent reason. Now, to learn that my body has been sabotaging me all the time while I'm unconscious — how devious!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for sharing educational videos like this!

  4. I get this unbelievable severe pain in the elbow when I do muscle up, like a knife stinging how can I fix?

  5. This really helped to understand what tennis elbow was and how to help prevent and/or help it stop.

  6. Cheers for the video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched – Parlandealey Flexible Elbow Process (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a great one of a kind guide for learning how to cure tennis elbow minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my close friend Aubrey finally got great success with it.
