  1. I think this workout is a very very good full body workout just bicep triceps aren't being stimulated a lott but that can be taken care of even calves

  2. I played soccer on a foward position and I work out on a lot of endurance and leg workout to keep me fit and strong I also like to work on
    core and arms to get better and stronger but not that buff just like to keep it simple.

  3. Iam athletic soccer player and I wana be like Cristiano Ronaldo what do u think I should have to do . Iam big fan of him . Man tell me what worked for u . He is the best player and the best of all time in the world .
