  1. Your channel is seriously really fruitful for all Tennis players! Thank you For the video! I really struggle for ball toss! Now i will practice this

  2. I think Kyrigos has a chance at Wimbledon if he keeps his mental game together. I like how he doesn't hit a wussy second serve. lots of times he hits two first serves. I love when he hits a 130 mph second serve ace. when Andy hits a 75mph second I just think lucky he's such a confident defense player. Pete use to hit a 110mph slider for a second and 130 mph first at Wimbledon. Roger is 5-10 mph slower on a regular basis but of course a more masterful all court game. though I give Pete an edge on desire to win at all cost though Roger is getting there now. my point is I think the next advance in tennis is to do away with a wimpy get it in second serve even as a lot of pros do. when guys have both the same difficult first and second serve and use a kicker for change then the art of tennis serving will hit the proper level. the players will have to go for aces and t and corner serves on second serves. think of the degree of second serve points won as opposed to lost on double faults. not to mention the mental pressure on the opponent of not facing the cliche second serve that they can crush.

  3. hi Simon,  since the ball has to drop at least a little on the second topspin/kick, are you consciously tossing the ball a touch higher on the second serve? thanks always for the video/help

  4. nice vid, but I recommend you to place the camera farther away from you in order to see the complete trajectory of the ball toss. please take this in mind.

  5. I found the majority of problems with my ball toss came from getting the weight on my front foot too quickly. Thats why it helps to lift the toes of the front foot when you initiate the toss.

  6. As much as follow the instructions, i find it very hard to improve the serve. I'm always making double faults. What progression should i aim to naturaly improve my motion and ball placement?
