  1. Damn my wrist hurt soo much, I don't know what am I doing wrong but it's almost 2 weeks and my wrist is still not able to play again

  2. Is there a reason you don't mention where the heel pad should be? I feel like it doesn't go to the same bevel as index knuckle naturally

  3. Great explanations! After 25 years without playing Tennis and started in the early 80‘s….i have to find out a „new“ forehand grip….very much help for this!!! Thanks!!!

  4. Great explanations! I had to chuckle a bit about the continental remarks given Mac used it. I would say Roger is a tad further over than pure Eastern.

  5. I use all the grips. A serious player needs to be proficient using all grips. Why? Because there are situations when a particular grip only makes sense … i.e., a slice, or a drop shot.

  6. The grip tool is on amazon.  its called the oncourt offcourt tennis grip trainer swing tool.  it only comes in  a 3 pack and runs about 20.00 good luck.

  7. This is such a misnomer…… RF has like the 3rd most high topspin RPM average game ever…… Behind like Nadal and Sock. He has literally produced more spin than the entire tour for like 20 years except for like 1 person.

  8. With the easter grip, do you keep your pinky alittle off the racket or right at the bottom parallel to the edge?
