  • I tried out these tips today to the fullest extent that I could! Although I didn't win the "match," (it was just a couple of sets against someone on my team during a practice) I did a whole lot better against her than I did last time. With a combination of these tricks, some mental toughness work, and a ton of practice, I've risen to an entirely different level than I was last season. My coach even said it was the best tennis he had seen from me this pre-season!
